Hello friends, I am Ashish from Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh). I'm going to share my experience of online examination of SBI clerk held on 31st Aug 2014 (Afternoon Shift).

Computer-Marketing was quite easy to answer. But i answered 26 out of 40 because of some doubt in my mind. This section contained question related with Network, I/O device, 1 question for right binary number, process of removing error from a program by a programmer (debugging).

Hi Friends, I am Saurav Ranu. Here is the SBI Clerk review of 30th August  Morning Shift

Computer-Marketing: This section was easier than expected. No need for any extra efforts. I attempted 38 .

English : This was the easiest section of the exam . Comprehension , spotting errors , Fill in the Blanks , Para Arrangement , Cloze Test all were easy. My Attempts 40.

GA: This section was moderate . Some questions were very very latest , 8-10 questions from Banking . Few were unexpected . I attempt 27 .

Reasoning : was  moderate to difficult . 2 Seating Arrangements ( 1 North South , 1 Circular ) Syllogism , Coding Decoding , Direction Test , Puzzle. Circular arrangement & Puzzle were lengthy & difficult . My attempts 30.

Aptitude : was easy to moderate . DI was easy . I attempts only 21 when time was over. First time , this section was disappointment for me. My total attempts 156.

My guess for cut offs is b/w 125-130 . Lets see what results holds this time.

Marketing was very easy and computer too.
Reasoning was moderate and lengthy
Maths was asusual lengthy and time taking
English was easy but passage was lengthy and sentence rearrangement was moderate

The Oscar winning legendary figure, an esteemed director and actor of Hollywood, Richard Attenborough (29th August 1923  – 24th August 2014), died today. He was 90. He is known to the Indian audience for his monumental film 'Gandhi' which was released in the year 1982. He struggled for 20 years to bring the life of Mahatma Gandhi on-screen in the film Gandhi. He won two Academy Awards  (director and producer) for Gandhi in 1983. In a career that spanned over six decades, he appeared in films including "Brighton Rock", "The Great Escape" and later in the dinosaur blockbuster "Jurassic Park". i reached exam center 12.55 pm. i have permitted to exam hall 1.00 pm 1 hour they verified my admit card, photo identity proof, then i sit my place i dnt waste my time so i wrote important formulas and cube up to 10 nd square up to 50 ,
then sharply 2.00 pm exam was starting 1 st i attend GA section not very hard i attend 36 qn,

I reached the exam hall 2 hour before the exam i.e. 12.00 P.M but one hour before the reporting time 1.00 PM. First of I that say overall exam was not so easy , it is easy-moderate.

Good News friends, the SSC CGL Re-Exam (Tier-I) 2013 Results are out. As you know, the Staff Selection Commission has conducted Re-Examination for SSC Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Exam 2013 during 27th April 2014, 20th July 2014 and 16th August 2014. Now it has came out with the results of the same. According to SSC,  a total of 4,95,376 candidates appeared in this examination. Among them, 1,14,921 candidates have qualified the Tier-I Examination.  All the qualified candidates are eligible for SSC CGL Tier-II Exam which is scheduled to be held on 20th & 21st September 2014.
