Hi Friends, I am Rohit from Ranchi. Here I want to share my Interview Experience of Syndicate Bank POs. Hope it helps.

venue : Hotel Lelac, Ranchi

Time :9.30

There were 20 candidates in total, 2 candidates were absent.

All candidate were IBPS PO qualified and approx all of them qualified in SBI Clerks also.

After document verification Group Discussion (GD) started. There are 3 observers

The topic was : Inestment in Gold is best or it is a flourishing bubble?

Given 5 minute to think and speak one by one for 3 minutes. Then after started open gd for 20 mint.

One of the officer told that beta 20 minute se pahle khtam ho jayega to negative chala jayega...

but we surpassed 30 mint

After one hour my turn came for interview.

There are 5 member including one lady

m1: beta syndicate bank ke baare me padhe ho

me:yes sir

m1:reliance se syndicate ka bhut gahra rista h batao

me:don't know sir

m1:explained that syndicate bank had provided first time loan to kokila ben

m1:isliye kokila ben upkar manti h

m2:niti aayog ke baare m btayie

me:explained

m3:bank me aa ke kya kroge kaise gaon me kaam kroge

me:expalined

m4:patna ke baare me batayie patliputra ka stapna kisne kiya tha

me:explained

m4:ashok ke baare m buddha ka tripitak ke baare me bataiye

me:explained about ashok but not explained about all tripitak

m1:bank me aaoge to bhut dikkat h dekh rahe ho na chapra me dakaite ho gayi h

police chan bin kar rahi h i have expaline earlier about my family

that my father is in police. thab tumhare paapa aayenge.
