Q. 2 About my work profile and work experience (as i got experience in Call Center as Customer Care Executive and as Team Leader as well).
Q. 3 Name of writer "1 night at a call center"------- Chetan Bhagat.
Q. 4 As i m of 28yrs old and till date i have not setteled how will this ADO post help me out in this?
Q. 5 What is ULIP?------UNIT LINKED PLAN and a breif about it.
Q. 6 If I as ADO go with my agent to a customer for selling ULIP insurance how will i convience to customer?
Q.7 What is NPS of LIC? ----- New Pension Scheme.
Q8 What is Trial Balance ? (as i m a commerce grad.)
Q9 What kind of work enviornment did i get in call center. ?
Q. 10 How my past experience will help me to accomplish my goals in LIC as ADO.
These are the questions which were asked to me in interview as i replied confidently and now hope for the best.
