• Minimum : 35 Years
• Maximum : 45 Years

Educational Qualification (as on 1st January 2018)

• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS). Must be a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)>
• Candidate who has acquired Law degree and CBCP (Certified Banking Compliance Professioanl) course conducted by IIBF will be given preference.

Relevant full-time post qualifications experience & skill set (as on 1st January 2018)

• Minimum 8 years experience (5 years if the recruitment is in Scale IV) in Public / Private Sector Bank / a listed company as Company Secretary.

• Last Date of Applications : 25th April 2018
• Last Date of receipt of hard copy of application along with enclosure : 2nd May 2018
