Equitas Small Finance Bank launches Yellow Army Savings Account

In association with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), a franchise of the Indian Premium League (IPL), Chennai based Equitas Small Finance Bank has launched a new ‘Yellow Army Savings Account’.

The yellow army savings account, which was unveiled by CSK players Dwayne Bravo and Murali Vijay, will offer an interest rate of six per cent per annum for balance below ₹10 lakh and 6.5 per cent per annum for balance above ₹10 lakh. The average quarterly balance requirement will be ₹10,000 per account.

The Yellow Army Visa debit card comes with personal accident cover of up to ₹5 lakh, air accident cover of ₹30 lakh and lost card liability of up to ₹25,000. Customers can also avail themselves of exclusive offers on movie ticket-booking, food, entertainment and lifestyle and earn reward points for all purchases.

Equitas will be the principal sponsor of CSK and the banking partner of Team CSK for three years. This move will help the bank to increase it's customer base.
