What is ICICI PGDB Programme 2017 ?
Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDB) Programme is an initiative of ICICI Bank in partnership with Manipal University. The Probationary Officers training programme aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in banking. It is a vocational training programme designed to develop a pool of first level managers with banking knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day-to-day activities.
What is this ICICI PO Training Programme 2017 ?
The ICICI Bank has been conducting this programme since the year 2007. In this program the bank will select some candidates for the Probationary Officers posts. Those candidates will undergo 6 months of intensive residential classroom and online training and 5 months of internship (first internship will be for 2 months and second internship will be for 3 months) with a stipend. The fee for the training is Rs. 3,78,604/- (the bank will give you a loan at a subsidized interest rate of 2.5% p.a). After the training and two internships are over the bank will appoint you as Assistant Managers (Band I).

- Those who have completed graduation with 55% (Aggregate) marks in any discipline.
- Up to 25 years of age as on 31st December 2016 (Should have been born on or after 31st December 1991).
Selection Process : The Aptitude Test is likely to be held in January/February 2017 followed by Group Discussions/Interviews in February/March 2016 for the applicants who clear the Aptitude Test. The selection will be based on a multi-stage process.
