I am Pradeep Raikwar, I completed my BE in 2102 but because of my 10th % i was not sited in any campus that came in my college, because for all MNC campus there is a criteria 60% in 10, 12 and BE. I was very disappointed and thinking that there is no meaning of my engineering and my strong professional knowledge.

One day, one of my seniors suggested me to go to Bangalore because Bangalore is IT hub and anyone who have good command on technical subject get job there easily. So I decided to go there and started searching for a job but there is also the same condition for MNCs i.e., 60% thought-out criteria, then I started searching jobs in startup companies and soon I got job in a Bangalore based startup but I was not happy with my salary as well as disappointed with IT sector and want to leave that and join another sector. But I don't know which sectors will good for me. So I continue my job.

There is a great saying ..!!

Everything happena for a good reason..

This is 100% true in my case, the company I joined was started by a group of banker and they want to develop a banking software. We started working on this ..as we go on I find banking sector as more interesting and growing as well as lots of opportunities are there.. They started teaching us all about banking and this is the turning point of my life and I decided to choose banking as my career.

From there I started preparation for banking sector and only with in 3 month I cracked IBPS PO in 2013 but my marks is not good and I didn't get selected.

So I decided to leave job and start preparing for bank exam at home. I left Bangalore in Jan 2014 and start preparing for bank at home .. But because of some financial problems I have to again started my job as a teacher in college because of that I again missed IBPS PO by 2 marks, SO by 1 mark.. and wasted my precious year..

Now this time I decided to leave everything and start frashly ..!!

From March 2105 I start and decide that not to diverted until I reach my goal..

From there I started studying day and night ... I was not able to concentrate on my studies at home, So I decided to join library where I spent my whole day in study even I uninstall my WhatsApp, deactivate my FB because of that my all frnds left me. My best frnds also left me alone but I didn't give up.

The only line I remember while struggling is..,

THE MORE U SWEAT IN PRACTICE..

THE LESS U BLEED IN BATTLE...

and My hard work paid off me.. And I finally get selected in,

• IBPS PO - VIJAYA BANK
• IBPS CLERK - CANARA BANK
• IBPS SO - RESEEVE LITS ( missed by .05 😢 )

Thanks to all those who stay while I was struggling and also thanks to  them, who left me in the middle ... Because of u .. Today I am much more stronger than I was ...
