First of all, thanks to the person who gave me the above Mantra of success and friends believe me from that day I never thought of result or that what will be fruit of all my endeavors, weather I will pass the exam or it will be a failure for me. From that day I have one clear vision of study no matter I succeed or not. From that day my only passion is to first make myself suitable and capable in life and then say “Yes! Now I am ready and best suitable person.” Once let me achieve this level then there is no reason to stop me to succeed. And this happens..

I am Anand Khaitan from Mahansar, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. I’ve done B.Com from Rajasthan University in 2009 with 75% of marks. Below are the details of exams I appeared in last year. Here I should mention that although to have a respected govt. job was in my mind since 2or 3 years but I start preparing seriously from May 2014 only. By this time I mentally prepared myself for hard-work asthere is no shortcut to achieve success.

S.No. Exam Exam Result Final result
  1. SBI PO 2014 Passed Just missed it
    • Final Cut-off (Gen.) – 55.20
    • My Score – 54.90
  2. RBI Assistant 2014 Missed it by 1 mark
    • Gen. Cut-off for Rajasthan – 159
  3. RRVUNL Jr. Accountant Passed Selected
    • Rank – 18th in State
  4. SBI Clerk 2014 Passed Made it to Final List
    • Final Cut-off (Gen.) – 144 (Rajasthan)
    • My Score - 157
  5. RRB Officers Scale – I Passed Awaiting Vacancy by Rajasthan State Banks
  6. IBPS PO/MT 2014 Passed Selected and allotted BOI
    • Final Cut-off – 49.60
    • My Score – 53.00
  7. SBI Associate PO 2014 Passed Awaiting Final Result
If you can believe me friends I never thought of success or failure during preparation period. My only aim during those days was to study and make myself capable by acquiring knowledge. I should recant dialogue of bollywood movie “3 idiots” – “kaabil bano, safalta jhak maar ke tumhaare pichhe aayegi.”

Here I would like to share my experience towards preparation of any competition exam. First of all set target, be it Bank / SSC or any other exam. Analyze syllabus of that particular exam subject-wise and then analyze past papers to gain idea of questions, better prepare a table showing marks and number of questions topic-wise. Observe these topics thoroughly and find out your strong and weak topics. Practically it is not possible that everyone is perfect in every topic. Find-out topics you can improve but keep in mind relevance of that topic. It means that do not waste too much time on less important topic i.e. topic which demands too much time to study and bears one or two marks. Prepare a time-table according to your flexibility but do ensure strict implementation of it. And here comes most important do solve one previous paper-set (not model paper) of exam in which you are about to appearing, daily without fail.

There is no predefined guideline of how to succeed. On this earth, everyone have his or her unique Quality / Style / Technique and in this Quality / Style / Technique no one other can compare with you. Find-out this unique Quality / Style / Technique hidden within you and depurate it. Friends you can copy other successful persons and it’s very easy but it doesn’t ensure your success. But once if you find your uniqueness u’ll definitely succeed in life. As I am fond of movies here I would like to mention one more dialogue from movie “Chandni Chowk to China” when his master says to akshay – “ mujhe tumhaare un 100 steps se khatra nahi hai jinhe tumne bas ek bar practice kiya hai balki mujhe tumhare us 1 step se khatra hai jo tumne puri zindagi practice kiya hai” so friends find-out that unique step in you don’t copy others blindly.

I thanks to my father who always support me, inspires me, stand with me... I thanks to my teachers, friends, family members and all well wishers… I also thanks to gr8AmbitionZ for publishing my experience. Thank you all readers and wish you all good luck…
