Interview Experience of Clerks 3 2014 from Tirunelveli (Tamilnadu)

Hi Friends, I Am Vel. My interview was held on 12-02-0214. In IOB Regional Offfice, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu.

When verification they told, OBC certificate should be On/after 1-4-2014.

They call me after 30 min. from verification over,

In the panel 4 member(3m and 1f).

M1: U r BE student,then why banking? and plz do not tell secure job or service sector..bla bla bla..

Me:ok sir ,am not going to tell like that.Bcs I have 1year  exp in bank computerist project. I think clerk job very  suitable  for me,so i choose it and come here....

then M1 ask me about my exp details fully.

M2:what are accounts in bank?

Me:I replied

M2:what are diff b/w SB and FD?

Me:I replied

M2:what account is like both combination of  SB and FD?

Me:sorry sir i do not know.....

M2:Its ok no problem....

M3:what is main work of Team leader?

Me:I replied,but he not satisfied and asked about team member....

i replied same...till not satisfied(M3).

W1:who is president of (india,Pakistan,Bangladesh,Sri lank,Russia and America)

Me:I replied

then they gave me one old tamil book and ask me to read it...

I read it,but....

M1:your are Killing Tamil language .....

ME: sorry sir,i can't read now correctly bcs of tension...

M1 look like tension person...

M2:Give me one small paper and told to  write few sentence in tamil

about some topic.

I write 3 sentence,then they took it from me and read it...(I think he satisfied)

M4:ok you can go now.......

.

ME:thank you sir....

my interview is 7 to 10 min...its take so long on explaining my experience and also they ask some more question from my experience.

to my opinion,Do not get tension..

whole interview was only  in tamil(local lang) and friendly, if we speak in english.they told to speak in tamil..they check ur local lang(speech and Write)...
