What is this ICICI Probationary Officer Training Programme ?
It is a one year full time residential training programme, conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy campus, Bangalore. Applicants joining the Probationary Officer Training Programme will be enrolled for MBA in Banking and Finance with Manipal University, an UGC recognized University.
Selection Process :
The selection will be through a multi-stage selection process comprising of:
- Online Aptitude test
- Online Psychometric Assessment·
- Case-based Group Discussion (GD).
- Personal Interview (PI).
The Aptitude Test will be held in August 2013 followed by GD and Interview (The organization will intimate you about dates to your email ids).
Course Fee : You should pay Rs. 3.35 Lakhs if you got selected for the training program. (the ICICI Bank will give you loan).

ReplyDeleteDo not join ICICI Bank.I had worked there as assistant manager for a year . It is the worsr bank to start your career. too much of sales pressure. everyday meeting regarding sales and only sales.

Deleteyes it is true.. i'm also an ex-employee of icici bank . i left a months ago. Kindly do not join icici bank if u have other options in ur life .

i worked for them for 3 mths as PBO and quit! so i guess i'm not eligible..... am i?
