65th National Film Awards 2018 Winners List

Honoring the best films of Indian Cinema in 2017, the 65th National Film Awards have been announced by the jury headed by renowned filmmaker Shekhar Kapur. Late actress Sridevi has been posthumously awarded the Best Actress award for her movie Mom. Bengali Actor Riddhi Sen has won the Best Actor award for his movie Nagarkirtan. 

Rima Das' directorial Assamese film "Village Rockstars" was named the Best Feature Film. It is after 29 years that an Assamese film has won the honour. Jahnu Barua's "Halodhia Choraye Baodhan Khai" had won the award last in 1987.

Malayalam Film, Bhayanakam won the awards for Best Direction (Jayaraj) and Best Adaptive Screenplay (Jayaraj). AR Rahman won the award for Best Music Direction and Songs for Kaatru Veliyidai. Here is the complete winners list of National Film Awards 2018. Happy Reading :)

The award ceremony for National Film Awards 2018 will be held on 3rd May 2018, and all the awards will be presented by President Ram Nath Kovind.
