Job Description
A levy is a legal order served on the Bank by a representative of the various state Tax departments to obtain funds held by the Bank in a customer’s bank account. The amount of Levy usually indicates past-due taxes unpaid by the customer. India team works on different kinds of Levies.

Responsibilities :
- Ensure that the Levies are processed as per the procedures
- Ensure that the targets assigned are in accordance with the SLA
- Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to the TL/AM
- He/She must be able to learn quickly appropriately execute the learning’s.
- Ensure adherence to establish attendance schedules
- He/She must possess the ability to recognize and/or coordinate resolution of customer impact issues
- He/She must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, and ever-changing environment, without a compromise on customer delight
Mandatory Skills :
- Able to work under the environment of tight deadlines and without accuracy being compromised
- Attention to details is essential as is the following of the banks procedural guidelines and escalation procedures
- Computer literate and have intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Needs to be a team player and help other individuals when volumes are heavy
- Be able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills to be able to prioritize responsibilities meet deadlines and work in a multi-task environment.
- Ability to pay close attention to detailed information is critical
- Proven ability to work and succeed in a team environment
- Proven ability to meet multiple time deadlines
Desired Skills : Understanding and working knowledge of Account opening procedures in US
