IBPS PO Preliminary Exam Cutoff 2015 Analysis

Hi friends, I am Swetha from SSGR Banking Coaching Centre, Nandyal. First of all, extremely sorry for sharing the cut off analysis of IBPS PO Prelims before staring of the exam. Here I am not going to analyze the expected cutoffs of IBPS PO VI. Because, none of us have appear the exam. But I observed some people have been spreading false rumours about last year's cutoffs of IBPS PO V Preliminary Online Exam, saying that the cutoffs are around 15 to 20. I really don't know what they will get by doing this, but these false cutoff rumours will show negative impact on students' peaceful mindset.

IBPS PO Prelim Cutoff

So, here I am sharing the real cutoffs of IBPS PO V Prelininary Exam which was held in October 2015. Unlike many of you are thinking, the cutoffs were very low and maximum number of students cleared the Prelims Online Exam. Surprisingly, the highest cutoff (for General) was only 11.25. Which is of reasoning section. The cutoffs for English language and Quantitative aptitude sections are almost equal (7.50 and 7.75 respectively). You can check complete details of IBPS PO V Preliminary Cutoffs from below screen shot. This shows the cutoff scores of a general category student. Obviously, the cutoffs for remaining categories will be lesser than this.

Expected Cutoff of IBPS PO VI Preliminary Examination

Note : If you closely observe above PO cutoff details, part from Individual cutoffs, there is total cutoff too. That is 37.25.  So it is advisable to get at least 13 to 16 marks from each section. If you manage to mark at-least 13 correct answers from each section (without any negative answers), then you will be in safe hands. So plan accordingly and utilize your valuable exam time during IBPS PO Pre. All the Best :)
