    I've read so many reviews here and I am still clueless as to what interviewer look for in the candidates......mere 5-7 minutes of interview would by no means judge the capability of candidates. Is it the no.of questions answered that matters or self confidence or good presence of mind or simply by being overqualified would do the work for you..just curious to know this

    Hi Friend. Here I am sharing my Interview experience which is very shameful to Me.

    I belong to Maharashtra and i have also applied from gujarat region and my interview was on 9th feb in baroda. My problem was same as yours and My smartness back fired to me.they insulted me in disrespectful manner.they are going to take your interview in Gujarati language only.they didn't ask me any questions on Banking or general awareness but focused only on Gujarati language like as a clerk has to deal with local customers.which i also found true,I felt like i was wasting my time by applying from gujarat and wasted my money to travel also, so that I will never going to apply again from any other state.as i also suggest you not to waste your time and prepare for your next exam from your region.

    Other Than Rajasthan candidate ko interview me preference nhi milta i have fully experience in this. So bhaiyo mene bhi other state me apply kiya tha but local state vale ko choose kiya isliye faltu travel kar ke time or money west na kre . UR True Friend . Fir aage tumhari marji
