SECTOR-Each track is divided
into sections called sectors. A sector is the smallest
physical storage unit on the disk. The data size of a sector is always a
power of two
CYLINDER-consists of the set
of tracks that are at the same head position on the disk
SEEK TIME- the amount of
time required for the read/write heads to the cylinder containing desired
sector.
ACCESS TIME-(seek
time+latency) total time it takes the computer to read data from a
storage device such as computer memory....
ROTATIONAL DELAY/LATENCY-is
the time to move the required sector to the disk head

4.5x15/3=?
