Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank's Officers (Scale I) Interview Results & Joining Schedule out

Friends, the Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank has released the Interview Results and Joining Schedule of Offices (Scale I) 2015. The organization has invited online applications from eligible IBPS RRB CWE III qualified candidates from from 18th December 2014 to 1st January 2015. Based on received applications it has conducted interviews for shortlisted candidates from 9th February 2015 to 17th February 2015. Now it has came out with the list of selected candidates in Interviews. You can check the list of Roll number wise selected candidates for the post of Officers in Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank along with the joining schedule from below link. All the Best :)

    Time: 1.00 pm

    I reached the venue nearly 11.30am but my
    interview starts at 3.30 pm.

    When i entered the hall already 15 candidates were sitting. I
    excused and took my seat. Then after 3.30pm they made us to sit according to
    order so i was 10th candidate. Certificate verification started. The official
    who was veryfying our certificates was motivating us and made us to relax by
    his talks,even after completing verification he asked us to have refreshment
    and he was waiting for us, he took us to the place were we had to attend
    interveiw.There we were provided a sheet in which we were supposed to write a
    paragraph on the local language about the topic(they asked us to select one
    topic from 10).

    After that we were waiting in front of the interview room. Time was moving like
    nothing. They were taking 15 mins for each candidate. But after completing all the
    candidates told about the questions asked to them. Mostly it was like basic
    banking questions and also basics from our streams. I am a B.E ECE graduate so i was also expecting some
    basics from computer. My turn came at 4.30 pm.

    I entered the room

    Me: May I come in please.

    panel members all together :yeah come in.

    Then i wished them. Panel members were F1 M1 M2 M3.They asked me
    to sit.

    M1: Tell me about urself.I answered.

    M2 looked at me: speak loud.

    M1: What are ur hobbies? I answerd teaching to my neighbourhood children in my
    free time.

    M2:What u teach?

    Me; Maths shortcuts.

    M1: What are all the things needed for banker to interact customer?

    Me: I said communication skill, patience nd all.

    M2: OK What is team work?

    ME:explained.

    M2:What is banking ombudusmen scheme?

    Me:Answered.He asked in every banking ombudesmen is there?

    Me:I told No,Each zone we r having ombudesmen.he is appointed by
    RBI.

    M3:What is priority sector lending?

    Me:lending for agriculture, education & micro, small &
    medium enterprises.

    M3:What is self help group?

    Me:Answered.What is the need of it he asked.I said don’t know.



    F1: Asked What is KYC?

    Me:Know your cutomer.she asked what is the need for this?

    Me:To prevent money laundering.What is money laundering she
    asked? I said converting illegal money into legal money.

    She said ok.U can go.I
    said thank u.They offered me a chocolate.

    Questions more over were general for me compared to other candidates. It was
    like any interactive section.

    Am not satisfied but having little hope. All the best candidates.

    My interview only done for 5 minutes.in po i was 21 in the list and it was 6.15 im the evening.so talkd for 5 minutes and no ques from bank or current affairs n i answered everythng properly.
    Yesterday it was my clerk interview n again 5 minutes.i entered at 11.05 n came out at 11.10.....this time question were asked from CA,GA.again i answered everythng except 1. Plz friends let me know was it gud or bad.i really need comments n suggestions.
