Friends, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens for National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination II (NDA/NA Exam II) 2014. The examination is conducted to screen candidates who seek admission into the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA and Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). By clearing this exam, you can get admissions into National Defense Academy (NDA), Pune. You can get your graduation certificate and appointment order as a commissioned rank officer at the same time. This is 134th course of NDA and 96th course of INA. You can apply online from UPSC's official website www.upsconline.nic.in upto 21st July 2014. Check complete details from below.

  • Starting date of online Applications :  21st June 2014

    Date of written exam : 28th September 2014
  • Declaration of Results : Mid November 2014
  • Course starts on : 2nd July 2015
Selection Process :
Written exam followed by a personality test for the successful candidates of the written exam. The written exam consists of two papers of Math and GK of 300 and 600 marks respectively. The math is of 12th level and the GK consists of various topics from different streams. The candidates who clear the written exam are called for the SSB interview, which is a personality test.

Note : Only Male candidates should apply

Age :  Should be born between 2nd January 1996 and 1st January 1999

Eligibility criteria:
  • For Army wing of NDA : The candidate should have passed his/her class 12th examination from a recognized state board.
  • For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA : The candidate should have passed his/her class 12th examination with Physics and Mathematics from a recognised state board.
