Venue : PNB Circle Office, Rohtak

Panel Members : M1 (Lady), others-M2 (DGM of PNB Haryana) , M3,M4 male members

I was the 10th in my Panel -I and there were 3-4 absentee. I had already traveled 2 hours Journey to reach the center and felt hungry and thirsty.Thank God On my thought Tea started being served with opened biscuits of Good Brand (Mixed like some were Good day and Bakery made). My turn Came up

Me:May I come in Sir??

M2 (In center) :Yes

Me: Good Morning Mam (M1) and Good Morning Sirs

M2:Good Morning and Have a Seat.

Me:Thank you Sir.

M2:You are XX and from this city??

Me:Yes Sir

M2: What's your score??

Me: Sir-140 (One hearing this,he looked at me for 3-4 seconds)

M2: where was your Examination center??

Me: Sir -Kurukshetra

M2: Was Paper Offline or Online??

Me: OMG!! (Why he is investigating so much!! :roll:) I replied

smilingly Sir- Online

M2:Coaching kha se li the??

Me: Sir kahi se nhi.Self-Study kiya tha.I believe in Self Study. M2:Said -Good

M2: chalo apne ap ko introduce karo.

Me: Introduced with very Composed mind and Smoothly

M2: Rural Development mai kya kya hua hai.

Me: Answered Well.also explained the "Pockets" the Mobile application launched by ICICI and HDFC bringing 500 Mini Bank Branches by FY14 where 1 to 3 persons will be manned to do the same banking activities to lower down the operational costs.

M2: Ap HR Department mai the last company mai to kafi interviews liye honge.Btao ki kisi candidate ko kaise judge karoge ??

Me: Sir first of all to mai ye dekhunga ki vo candidate neverous to nhi hai kyuki sir kyai bar aisa hota hai ki samne vala nervous hota hai jisse hska real potential nhi pata chalta.Agar hai to mai use comfort level dene ki koshish karunga fir I will ask his academic related questions and his achievements.Fir unko apni Job requirements

ke sath match karunga jiska correlations sabse jayda hoga aur variation kam mai us candidate ko select karunga M2: He was Impressed

M2 refered to the M1 (Lady) :She asked her first question (don't remember exactly and heared first time that term)

Me: Ma'am No Bluffing!! I don't know.

M1: NABARD ke bare mai btayie??

Me: Ma'am NABARD is National Bank for Rural Development (Missed Agriculture  in that) was developed in 2000 for the rural development.

RRBs work under this.

M1: Kya ye sirf rural development ke liye hi tha??

Me: It(NABARD) was also formed to develop the Collage-Village Industries,Rural Crafts, Handicrats,etc.

M1(again) :ye btao humare yha india se 2 astronauts hue hai kon kon hai nam btao??

Me: Sir 1st Kalpna Chawla and 2nd is Sunita Williams

M1: Sunita Williams kha se the??

Me: Sir USA se I think.

M3: 1980 mai banks ke nationalization ke bad kya kya hua Bank licencing policy related??

Me: Sir,1991 mai Shri.Narshiman Rao Committee ke under  Globalisation,Liberalization, Privatization Policy ke according Private banks ko licence diye gay taki Public sector banks mai ki productivity increase ho sake and competition badhe aur customers ko fayda ho M4(SardarJi): Asked about something Compnies Act 1956 Which I did not

no and said Sorry Sir

M4: Where "Net Loss" is shown??

Me: It comes in Profit and Loss Account which is made after Trading Account.

M4: Why is this neccesry to make this trading account??

Me: Sir Trading account se hume Opening and Closing stock ka pata chalta hai isliye ye banaya jata hai
