Clerk Interview experience from Madurai (Tamilnadu)

Qualification : B.E (ECE)

Interview date : 13 Feb 2014

Place : IOB Regional Office, Anna Nagar, Madurai

Panel : 3

Time : 1 PM

Reached venue @ 1.05pm. It was a room where document verified panel wise.Am Panel 3.

They told the arrangement : Interview call letter -Application form - ID Proff xerox - X or XII - Degree Consolidated - Provisional or Degree.

Called my name for verification.They checked everything. If you don't have any certificate they will give a form to fill it up for Submitting the doc within some time limit.

Aftr completion they told to wait outside near intervw room.

They told panel members went for lunch.They came by 3.15 & started intevw.

4 member panel(3M & 1F)

While the candidates come out aftr coming out of room we asked them what are ques asked & what u answered..laughed & enjoyed.

My turn was at 3.55pm
........
Me:May I come in sir
M3:Yes come in
Me:Wished Good eve & smiled :)
(All smiled)
M2: Ungala pathi sollunga(tell me abt urself)
Me: told.. while telling this i also added Why i wish to come into bank(i know they will ask that ques as am a B.E graduate)
[a small debate gone through this, finally they convinced]
M2: What is RD? Is it interest given to that reasonable?(RD na enna?)
Me:told
M1: What is export? Is it good to have more export?
Me:told
M3:What is NRI?
Me: i told NON RESIDENT OF INDIA... i told,i dont know much about it.
M3: Good.U accepted you dont know.Fine..... can NRI open bank account?
Me:told
L1: What is your score? (Unnga score enna?)
Me: told
M2: have u gone to any course?
Me: Yes sir. told institute name.Many of my relatives told going course is not wrong & i can get knowledge through that.
M2: Yes.Studying is not at all wrong.No problem.Tats Good.

Then everyone asked each "U have any ques?" all told No.
Then they all told ALL THE BEST FOR UR FUTURE.

I told Thank u sir.Thank u mam... Smiled :) :)

Good interview...

Actually am working in a company.. But i have not disclosed it....

Total interview went for 8-10Mins

Note : A person went before me is a exp person from TMB (clerk). His interview went for 20Mins....
