International Affairs
  • US President Barack Obama told Hamid Karzai that he is now planning for a full US troop withdrawal because of the Afghan leader's repeated refusal to sign a security pact.
  • A man in a smog- ridden northern city has become the first person in China to sue the government for failing to curb air pollution.
  • Prime Minister Matteo Renzi won his first confidence vote in parliament, pledging to cut labour taxes, free up funds for investment in schools and pass wide institutional reforms to tackle Italy's economic malaise.
  • Moscow pledged it would not intervene in the crisis in neighbouring Ukraine but said the country should not be forced to choose between Russia and the West.

  • Spanish scientists observed a record-breaking impact on Moon. Spanish astronomers spotted a meteorite with mass of about half a tone crashing into lunar surface and they claim that collision would have generated a flash of light so bright that it would have been visible from Earth.
  • Scientists from Columbia University, New York discovered neurons that prevent formation of fearful memories in hippocampus. Researchers hope study could be first step in developing new treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety attackS.
  • US space agency NASA said it would launch a water-related satellite in collaboration with India's ISRO.
  • US engineers have developed the world's fastest car with a top speed of an incredible 435 kilometres per hour.
  • BlackBerry Ltd unveiled a new, cheaper touchscreen smartphone and a "classic" model with a keyboard, as it tries to stem losses and win back once-devoted security-conscious business and government users.

    I got 80 in IBPS PO (Gen).

    I got RRB APGB Scale II

    Which one i best. Do i wait for IBPS PO results or join APGB?

    Please suggest me......

    1. Bro..I feel u should join RRB APGB. even though u have chances in PO..but y to take chance..This is wht i feel...rest its u to decide.

    2. In APGB there is bond of 1.5 Lks for 2 yrs.

    3. PO is scale-I..& u got scale-II in APGB
      Salary will be much more in scale-II compared to PO scale-I
      rest u decide
