I was 2nd last candidate as my turn came at 5 pm. after docs verification.  my interview was in panel 8. there were 4 persons. I entered in room n greeted all of them. only two were active interviewers. all of them responded my greeting  then offered me to  sit. i thanked them n sat..

M1- So ur name is archana?
me- i replied yes sir....with a smile

M2 on the other hand asked me to introduce myself?
me- gave my introduction in brief and as i was working as a lecturer he asked me, u did nt enjoy teaching, y did u leave it...?
 i told him the reason. then again

M1- ok Archana tell me how many states mp touches.
me- smiled n said sir i know just up and chhatishgarh, then he said ki mp middle me hai to aur b to touch karta hoga then i guessed n said sir jharkhand den he said neone else?
i said bihar to he said bihar nhi karta..he asked gujrat i said no (which is wrong) he asked maharashtra den i said purhaps not to he said are kandra ya something lyk dat waha pe karta nhi hai to i said yes sir bt exactly i dont know..

again M1- who is cm of MP?
me- answered correctly.

M1- what is the currency of srilanka?
me- answered srilankan rupee.

M1- what is the name of  capital city of Russia?
me- though i know bt suddenly dont know wat happend n i was blank. i said dont remember sir.....:( this was a blunder for me.

M2.- today dollar at what rate?
me- i told them 62.31

M2- how we calculate it?
me- i said don't know bt as fii invests in our mkt it depends on its value and other modes of foreign investment it contributes to our forex reserve. then they told do u know the order of forex reserve? i
said no. then he said ki forex reseve to hmara bht huge hai to how can it get affected by such small investment by fii s. then i said sir last year in june fiis withdrawn der 40000 cr. rs. to it definitely
affect it, there are other constraints and if we hav to pay for our import we neet it to improve and we should encourage foreign investments.

M2. do u know fdi?
me- i said sir m giving u an example as recenly jet ethiad deal occured and ethiad took 26% stake that is fdi to take ownership in a company. then he said what is diff. b/w fdi and fii i told them that
fii invests directly in our mkt and they can easily withdraw their money  bt fdi is tough to withdraw.

M2- he asked what is embedded system?
me- i replied , dont know sir bcoz m from mechanical engineering.

M2- what is the formula to calculate time period of a pendulum.
me- i answered T=2pie under root L/G
then he asked what is l?
i said length of pendulum

M2- what is speed of light?
me- i said 3x10^8 then he said wat i replied m/s.

M2- He said can u tell me name of couple of ceo's of private sector bank?
me- i ansd. Mrs. chanda kochar n Mrs. sikha sharma from icici and axis bank. still he was looking at me den i recalled some other name and said Ishwardas of catholic syrian bank which is a foreign bank.

then again he was going to ask something else bt one member who was not asking nething he told him to let me go..they he said ok. archana. best of luck.. then i thanked them all and left the room with a smile.

Friends i need your comments, what do you think how was my interview? During my interview i was quiet confident n smiling. bt could not guess their response. i was in front of dem for 10-15 mins. now lets see what happens. All the best to everyone :)
