International Affairs
  • The United Nations General Assembly has approved a USD 5.53 billion budget for 2014-2015, about one per cent lower than that of the previous biennium.

Deaths
  • Veteran actor Farooq Sheikh (65)  passed away late on Friday night in Dubai after suffering a sudden heart attack.

  • Faced with the tricky issue of how to deal with the possible re-entry of banned former IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi into Rajasthan Cricket Association, the BCCI on Saturday decided to become a party in the Supreme Court case challenging the RCA polls and get its position clarified.

  1. Hello Mam, my IBPS PO 3 interview is on 7th Jan'14. i have exp in a private bank but didn't mentioned d same while filling up form. My query is whether in interview venue we are required to fill anther form? And if yes, then I wish to mention my exp in that form but will it create any problem for me as I haven't mentioned while applying ?
    My 2nd query is I am a BE (EC) pass-out. What should be the ans of "Why you want to enter into banking and how your technical knowledge will help us? " Pl reply Mam, its a humble request.....
