International Affairs

• South African President Jacob Zuma urges people to mark Nelson Mandela's 95th birthday on July 18 as the biggest Mandela Day ever.

• Terming the sudden outflow of $5 billion as "unfortunate", Finance Minister P Chidambaram  said there should, however, be no room for pessimism as fundamentals of the economy are intact and government is moving ahead on the reforms path.
• The Assam government has decided to promote religious tourism in the state and the ongoing "Ambubachi Mela" at the famous Kamakhya Temple is the first step in this direction.
