Last Year's SBI PO Exam Cutoff Marks Details

Friends as SBI has announced its Recruitment Notification of Probationary Officers for the year 2013, obviously people have started asking us about the last year's cutoff scores. This post is for them... The State Bank of India (SBI) has conducted its Probationary Officers exam on 24th July 2011 (yep, SBI dint conduct any PO Exam in the year 2012). And the overall cutoffs (out of 250 marks)  for General Category was 110 Marks, for OBC it was 99 marks, for SC and ST it was 88 marks.       Now the competition is lil high when compared to then Ankit.. So the cutoff marks will be lil high this time.

      My Attempts :

      Reasoning - 24 (90% accuracy)

      DI - 25 (100% accuracy)

      English - 34 (95 % accuracy)

      GA, Comp & Mktg - 38 (90 % accuracy )



      descriptive - 25+

      ...........what is my chance???

    mam It is necessary to pass in all section.
    And also want to ask, is passing marks 13 or 23 ?

      Yep its necessary Rahul... And we cant predict passing marks now, as they put cutoffs according to the total number of successful candidates.. Its better to give your best.

    Ma'am plz make it clear to me
    13+11+13+13 = 50
    then why 86 has been written there as total ?

      Well, the first four are Individual cutoffs Siddharth.. I mean, Getting 13 marks is enough to qualify English section and getting 11 is enough to qualify GA section. That 86 is overall cutoff... Merely getting qualifying marks in all sections doesnt make you qualify.. You should secure overall cutoff...

    Mam,
    in above for sc/st 88 marks is the overall cutoff, this include interview marks as well? if so, then what is the overall cutoff marks for only written exam ?
