Hi sivani.. Please chk the quesion number 7 as the ans i think should be 30.. Please chk it and confirm me..

ReplyDeleteThanks in advance.

Nop Priya .. the answer is correct.

DeleteSee 3 yrs ago the average age of A n B is 18, that means their total age 18x2 = 36 years.

After 3 yrs A n B will get 3 years older. So their present total age would be 36+3+3 = 42 years.

But according to the problem, the average at present is 22 (for 3 people). So it means their total ages now is 22*3 = 66

we already know the ages of A and B, so just subtract this from the 3 people's total age

=> 66-42 = 24 (option 1)

hope it helps :)

would u pls upload the solutions??

ReplyDeleteThnk u :)
