Sushil Kumar Wins India's 6 th Medal (Silver )

Good News friends, our indian Wrestler Sushil Kumar has won Silver Medal in the Men's Wrestling - 66 kg Freestyle event of London Olympics today (Date : August 12 2012 - Sunday).  He lost the Olympic gold to Japan's Tatsuhiro Yonemitsu. So, Kumar will come home with a silver Medal.

  • Pre Quarters - Sushil Kumar beats Ramazan Sahin (Turkey) 3-1
  • Quarter Final - Sushil Kumar win Ikhtiyor Navruzov (Uzbekistan) by 3-1
  • Semi Final - Sushil defeats Uzbekistan's Akzhurek Tanatarov by 3-1
  • Final - Sushil Kumar Lost to Tatsuhiro Yonemitsu (Japan) by a score of 1-3

  • Coached by Pehelwan Satpal Singh at Akhada in Chhatrasal Stadium

  1. We all very much engaged in competing among ourselves by so many ways..... we can use the knowledge and innovations of others for business and to build education institutions..... Then how can we get gold medal that to at international level. In spite of all these things these guy's succeed to own 6 medals. It's really very great achievements. Hats off to them.
