- Insensitive - not noticing or caring about other people’s feelings or needs, and not worrying that things that you say or do may upset them
- Seditious - encouraging people to oppose the government or not obey the law

- Overt - used about feelings and opinions that are expressed in a very open way
- Threaten - to tell someone that you might or you will cause them harm, especially in order to make them do something
- Incitement - something that encourages people to be violent or commit crimes, or the deliberate act of encouraging violence or crime
- Enunciate - to express an idea clearly and in detail
- Mischief - trouble or disagreement that someone deliberately causes
- Amend - to make changes to a document, law, agreement etc, especially in order to improve it
- Do away with - to get rid of something

- Mandate - an official order to do something
- Scenario - situation that could possibly happen
