Good evening friends. I am Kiran Verma. I want to share the review of today’s Junior Office Assistant Exam (IG Mint Hyderabad)

There were 150 questions in total for 100 marks

*And No minus marking for wrong answers*

Overall the level of the exam was easy.

General Awareness :

• There were 50 questions (50 marks) related to banking and current affairs.
• Some questions which I remember are :
• Goa CM?
• Uttarakhand CM?
• GST full form?
• IMPS full form?
• PPS full form?
• BMB merges with which bank?
• Ing vyas bank merged with which bank?
• NITI ayog chairperson?
• 4-5 ques related to Coins and Minting etc?
• Committee related 2 ques.

Reasoning

• There were 40 questions (20 marks)
• Inequality direct question
• Syllogism
• Sitting arrangement North / South facing
• Floor based puzzle
• 1 set of new type of puzzle (Similar to the type of question asked in SBI PO 2017 Prelims. They gave 4 months and 2 dates and  we have to arrange 2 -2 people (total 8))
• Rest were miscl. Types and very easy

English 

• 30 question (15 marks)
• English was the easiest among all
• Story based RC
• Story based para-jumble
• Cloze test
• Error correction
• Misspelt words etc

Quantitative Aptitude :

• 30 questions(15 marks)
• Number series
• Simplification
• Rest was misc part (Average,simple interest,compound interest,profit&loss,Ratio,Discount etc)
• All were easy and direct questions
