Hello frnds.. My self Ast Bhuja Pandey alias Suraj Pandey....  First of all please forgive me for any grammatical error as em dam poor in grammar... :D

Now here my message comes... I would like to share my journey to become AO (Marketing) in OICL from nothing... My this post is especially for those who think that they are nothing in comparison
with other who think its very hard to clear any govt xam being a general.. eventually my though was also the same but the prepration in right direction and with persistent effort will always be fruitful..
here my journey starts...

After completing MBA in marketing in 2012 i got best campus placement in ITC as it was my dream to get into ITC and my career started with it. It was amazing... i was earning 50000+ per month but after 15 months of my services  my health nosedived. and i had to resign and it took more than 1 and half year to completely recuperate from it. Then again i joined Vodafone and resigned and decided to prepare for government job as what i lost in pvt sector i can't get it back...

Well i started preparing seriously for govt xams from September 2014 but i had appeared for ibps xams earlier also but without studying a single minute...

here are my some attempts and results..

IBPS PO 1- fail
IBPS PO2- fail
SSC-FCI- fail
IBPS SO - 2 fail
IBPS PO -3 FAIL
IBPS SO-3 FAIL

after prepration

IBPS PO 4- FAIL BUT SCORED 79 MARKS

at this tym i did'nt knew about capsule and all after this i started following Gr8ambition regularly and my weakest section GA is now my strongest section. I did'not joined any coaching. Gr8ambition, videos from youtube and some other banking websites were my teachers..

and then appeared for

SBI Associates :- Failed again but scored 105 marks was again very  close to cutt off.. after seeing this i was happy that my preparation is in right direction

next xam was

IBPS SO Marketing :- cleared written with 83 marks in interview got 76 marks but not in final list.. again a bit disappointing moment it was but thought again i am 1 step closure to my goal..

SAIL MT - Fail

Next xam

OICL AO Markeing :- don't know marks and finally made it count and got selected in the final list :D :D :D i can't tell u my mother was not well after listening my result she was dam happy and it worked as medicine for her.

Just gave ADO interview as OICL result was not declared till interview and i wish usme nah ho :D

and did well in RRB PO also total attempt 146 but not going to appear for interview even if i ll clear the interview also.

what i ll suggest to all of u do appear for ST or MOCK daily at least 1 set. and do have post test  analysis of every question after result.
It will help u alot.

My phobia for xams were

English:- i started working on vocab and news paper reading daily. and in 1 year my on lexicon having 1577 words which i learned in this year.. and news paper reading helped in RC and sentence formation

GA ;- gr8ambition was there

Maths :- learned basic concepts just to score above average in lesser time learned short cut tricks of calculation for DI

And Reasoning was my key area i mastered it to score high in it....

i just only want to say if i can than any1 can its just smart work in right direction required.. make proper strategy and stick to it..

and my success mantra was Daily 1 ST atleast...
