Success Doesn't Come in Overnight - Work Hard to Achieve It

Hi friends, I am Karuppasamy Esakkiraj. I want to share my success story. I graduated in 2012 from Combatore Institute of Technology,coimbatore with 70%. I was not interested in campus placements,I was preparing for IAS exam(my life ambition) during 2nd year without any proper plan and guidance and final year also over and everyone in my college got their jobs except me and I tried to start sincere preparation towards my goal so I joined a coaching centre in Hyderabad and it was not good so i went to Delhi to take IAS coaching and couldnt clear IAS prelims due to lack of practice. I was heartbroken and after that I couldn't clear any exams like SSC CGL,TNPSC Group 2. So 1 more year wasted..

As time passed,my relatives started to ask what I was doing now?? I was feeling guilty of myself but my proud parents always motivated me during hard times and that time I came to know i was eligible for bank exams and almost similar syllabus to IAS.so I thought to give a try. And I started preparation towards it  without any proper guidance and plan.suddenly my Mom had an operation so I need to wash,broom,clean utensils as my father(working in Railways) had little time after his duty and i hardly found a time to prepare for bank exams. As time passed, many exams came and i couldnt give my best shot due to lack of practice and couldnt clear SBI PO, SBI CLERK, RBI ASST, SIDBI GRADE A.

After some time started to clear exams starting with IBPS RRB OS1(115), IBPS PO(78),IBPS CLERK(142) SC CATEGORY..Interviews started and  I was very tensed as it was my 1st interview and dont know what to study.At that time Gr8Ambitionz came like a God with their materials,Interview Experiences without which its impossible for me to clear the interview..

Unfortunately, Yesterday missed my IBPS PO Allottment by 1 mark and felt very sad throughout the day but there came my first job in the evening in the form of CLERK in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK which is my 1st preference..My parents felt so happier than me,I owe them a lot for their continuous support and also to Gr8Ambitionz for their tremendous support.

What I learnt till now is SUCCESS DOESN'T COME IN OVERNIGHT...... WE HAVE TO WORK HARD TO ACHIEVE IT..So work hard till u reach ur goal  I will also  try harder next year to get into PO..congrats for successful aspirants and gud luck for the rest..KEEP ON TRYING U can achieve it one day.. NEVER LOSE HOPE.
