Friends, one of the leading Private Sector Banks of India, The South Indian Bank Ltd is inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens (permanent residence in Tamil Nadu is compulsory to apply) for filling up the posts of Probationary clerks for the South Indian Bank's branches/offices in Probationary Clerks for Branches in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi/NCR, Uttarakhand and Jammu & Kashmir under Bank’s Delhi Region. There are 35 Posts in total. You can apply from 4th February 2015 to 14th February 2015. Check complete details below. All the Best :)

  • Online registration  starts from - 4th February 2015
  • Last date for online registration - 14th February 2015
  • Last date for receipt of application (system generated), with Demand Draft and other documents - 21st February 2015
Eligibility Criteria :
  • Education : Graduation from a recognized University having completed a regular 10+2+ (3/4) course securing at least 60% marks from 10th standard onwards. Candidates should be proficient in computer operations.
  • Age : Maximum 26 Years (as on 31st December 2014)
Important Note : Candidates having permanent residence in the respective states/UT or those who have been residing in that state/UT at least for a period of last 5 yrs (Documentary proof to be produced), and are proficient in local language apart from Hindi & English language only are eligible to apply.

Application Fee :
  • General - Rs. 400/-
  • SC/ST - Rs. 100/-

I don't kno whether I should say this or not as it is a private bank pls don't apply for it I have experienced a lot regarding private bank recruitments beyond this its ur wish I m jus suggesting they are fooling us they will fill as per the higher reference candidates if u have reference I mean any of ur relatives or family members working in this bank u can boldy apply for it otherwise Pls don't it's a kinda business they are making here not the real recruitment Pls apply for govt sectors all the best

    They inviting application from eligible Indian citizens (permanent residence in TamilNadu is compulsory to apply), But in notification pdf "Candidates having permanent residence in the respective states/UT"

  20. Final obc cut off ??? I couldn't get you what you are asking..? Minimum obc overall cut off is 104 and section wise cut off is as follows NA-9,Comp.-15,Eng-6,Reasoning -11,GK-7

It depends upon the final cut off so now you have to prepare well and perform well in interview last time minimum final cut off was 53.4 out of 100 so which means the one who scored 90 marks from Tamilnadu would have got selected but this time don't kno how much will be the final cut off but if u have scored around 120 you are by the safer side but don't be casual regarding interview prepare well for it and give ur best

  28. Last time minimum final cut off was 53.4 for obc this time as the written cut off is 104 when comparing to last year's written cut off it was just 80 so this year the minimum cut off will be around 60 I m jus framing on my own Pls don't depend on this alone ....

  38. Surely u vl get Becoz the marks which ur expecting are good jus prepare well for the interview .... I cleared IBPS clerk ibps rrb clerk and officer scale 1 my marks are very low in officer scale so no hope for that only hope is ibps clerk....
