Hi friends, I am Brahma from Kokrajhar, Assam. I had my IBPS Clerks IV Interview at Guwahati on 9th February 2015. Here is my Interview experience. Hope it helps....

As I opened the door, may I come in sir

P – yes pls, take your seat

M- took, n said thank you

P – you are from?

M – told

P –FII?

M – no idea

P – how will you relate your studies to banking sector?

M – as competition is increasing day by day, banking are also shifting from traditional method to modern method, for which they need more diverse skills. As banking has several products, they need marketing skill to market and launch their products. And to manage and retain the employees within the organization they need HR skills.

P – BE in CSE, tell me what are the techniques being used in banking

M – CORE banking explained in detail

        Mobile banking explained in detail

        Net banking explained in detail

P – mba in HR, how will u motivate the employees

M – replied (on and on)

P – asked about the campus placement

M –replied, most were the IT companies, and I was not happy with the offer I got and no job security

P – then why have to studied so much investing so much money

M – sir I did mba from nit trichy and the fee was just 1.5 lakh for 2 years and I believe that its always good to finish our education first and take up the job.

P – what is bank?

M - told

P – that’s all thank you. U did well…

Me – thank you to everyone and smile.

I was wondering at his last sentence “u did well” –he really meant it or being sarcastic.
