Dear Friends,
After Two years FAILURE, finally I am shortlisted for interview.In IBPS 2012 I was disqualify for 3 marks for interview and in IBPS 2013 disqualify for just one marks.
but this time I get a chance.
I've been called for interview on 09/02/2015 in the Morning session at 8.30 am. They allowed inside at 9 am. first they check candidates list serial wise and I am the 2nd one. First they  gave us a white sheet and printed  Odiya  news copy and ask us to write in white sheet. I think they tested us either we can write odiya or not. after submitted written paper,  they called serial wise for certificate verification and they did very strictly. meanwhile my previous candidate's information is mismatched. so they ask him to get some other xerox copies. so I am the first person to go for interview. After checking all the they call me for interview at 9:35. I was totally nervous as I am the first one and little bit fear. Finally I entered into room with a smile in face.


There were 5 members in the interview panel,4 gentlemen and a lady.

I greeted them "Good morning Medam and Good morning Sir" . They also wish me tooo. one of the telugu gentleman asked me to sit in telugu , all r said OHH. 

Gent1: you: Neduru sudhakar
Me: Yes sir.

Gent1: R u from Andhra PRadesh
Me:  No Sir. I am from Paralakhemundi, Gajapati District.

Gent1: Are your father or grand father from AP.
Me: No Sir. All r from odisha only. Our area is AP Odisha border and Basically from telugu family.

Gent2: Do you read odiya
Me: Yes sir.

Gent2: Give me odiya news paper and ask me to read
Me: .I read for 1 min. they stopped

Gent2: Do you write odiya
Me: Yes sir. they checked my written paper which i given before certificate verification. they told me very good handwritting. I say thankyou sir.

Madam: What r u doing now

Me: I told my work experience

Mem: Is your boss satisfy with your work and how can you know is he satisfy or not
Me: I simply replied in my way

Mem: Is your company not giving good opporutnities for your
Me: Yes giving Ma'am. but my aim is to get a job in banking sector....

Gent4: whats your father doing and how many brothers and sisters?
Me: I explained

Gent4: whats your qualification
Me: MBA Finance and marketing in distance mode from NIBM sir.

Gent4: what do yu mean by marketing and how it differs from sales
Me: explained but hope not satisfied

Gent4: how marketing helps in banking
Me: explained

Gent3: Do you read Today's news paper
Me: Yes sir.

Gent3: What is the news today
Me: I read but in that hot seat I forget the headlines


Gent3: Did you know yesterday a meeting was held
Me:  I know it sir


Gent3: what is that and who is the chairman and vc
Me:  I replied


Gent3: have you seen 50 rs. note and what is the picture in back of the note
Me: I replied Assembly picture : but they said r u sure ...............  ys sir but that is wrong

finally they said its ok sudhakar................ all the best ...........
I just give a long smile and said them Thank you Mem and Thank you sir......................


Suggestions :

• Most of the questions asked in Local language only. As I have been staying in Hyderabad from last 6 years I totally forget speaking Oriya.......... but I managed
• Check your certificates and other very carefully ....... they checked each and every thing......
• Read news paper of that day and day before day and note important headlines.......
• Be simple.... be keep smile on your face............ avoid confusion and fear in your mind............
