Hi Friends I am Prakash From Gulbarga District. Here is my first ever interview experience in any field.

Inerview Date : 10-02-2015

Interview Venue : Syndicate Bank Regional Office Bijapur, Karnataka

Panel : 1

Qualification : MCA


 I reached the venue at 8 o clock. They started giving papers by 8:30 where we suppose to write essay. Topics they given were jan dhan yojana, swach bharath abhiyan etc. I wrote on jan dhan yojana. It was Totaly in kannada language.Simultaneously they started Document verifications.
my turn of interview came around 12:15. It runs ten minutes.

I took deep  breath before i enter inside so that i can raise my confidence.

there were five in the panel.  (1W+4M)

I entered Asking permission." May I come in sir?"
m1; Yes Come in and take the seat.
Me: wished  them and taken seat.
m1: so u r coming from Gulbarga
Me: yes sir.
m1: U completed BCA in 2011 what u did till now?
Me: Sir I was doing MCA.
m1: means u failed or passed.
Me: no sir I have Passed.
m1; Then y have u come for this side?
Me: Sir My bro also completed MCA he is struggling very much.
m2: they were laughin So what?, life itself is to struggle no then only u can come up.
Me: Sir I mean my bro having good knowledge even though he is facing problem bcz of less marks. And My father was also in bank i took inspiration from him and i came this side.
m3: Ok. Tell me what is CPI?
Me: i dont knw sir.
m4: Wha is SEBI?
Me: sir it is Securities Exhange Board of india.
m4: How it works?
Me: Sorry sir i dont knw.
m3: What is inflaution.
Me: sir it means when value of money goes down by raising the price. i.e demands high and supply less.
m4: how is inflaution is measured?
me: Sorry Sir I dont knw.
w1: how u feel whenevr ur father came to home tired after his duty everyday.
Me: Sir there may be tiredness in him but stil i liked the way he use to serves the people.
m4: are you ready to go any where?
me: Yes sir i don't have any restrictions.
m4; Ok fine U take chocolate and go.
Me: i took and said Thank u sir.

So this is my experience friends it was in local language. I dont know Whether they select or not. But i liked their Friendliness nature even though they al were 50+. Don't hesitate friends they are very friendly u also treat them as a friend thats it. All the best Friends

    if u have 10 certifcate so that ..
    if they ask u just it online problem u can say
    better prepare affidavit for that

    as part of clerk some times ur have go write some letters regarding any loan sanctions or credits to persons so it will be one of reasons

    writing in local language carries 20 marks out of 100 , it's not that your chances of getting selected gets minimised . If you have scored well in written along with your interview then it's not a matter of concern .

    they wil give 4-5 topics. Amongst them u have to select any one Harish. They speak in local language itself. Hardly they use english.
