  1. but by this course candidates will be directly posted as asst. manager not po after successfull completion of course and sal increment, chances of promotion are more for pgdbf candidates but ultimately itz a matter of investing 3.5 lacs :)

  15. after completion of probation period, u will be asst manager...its just a name for training...u will be paid asst manager salary...and promotion is based on performances and not on degrees....from scale 1 to scale 2 dere will be paper for all and interview for all..its pure performance and u r track record in bank....and u can take finance degree from correspondence from any institute like symboisis etc..

  17. and moreover u will not just pay 3.5 lakh..its just course fee...u will pay for u r rent and food also...it will take all course to around 4.5 lac and den u will pay dis loan...and bond period too...

  18. go for ibps dude...if u r confident...i have been given date of 7 oct to 13 oct for medical...5 days for medical...and its u r choice and u r state..if confident,go for ibps else go for idbi...and morever just go to that medical office and ask for permission of delay in medical if it can happen..try it..

  30. my panel was very much frienly towards me, almost 20 mins my interview went on n dey asked me almost everything watever dey can, i answered almost all ques. except one, how much money inflow after decreasing 1% slr. i was not sure abt d no. so did nt reply... n in rest ques. if i said m not able to recollect dey offered me some time to think and put my views so i cud answer every ques just bcoz of der cooperation.

  32. i understand Nikhil about ur view bt take my example....i had also cleared last yr ibps-3 bt didnt cleared interview..(1 yr waste)...This yr m very much confident for ibps 4 bt nobody can guarntee that hw the paper will go....it depends upon the luck also....suppose i am going for ibps n if i will nt b able to clear it,then i will b the culprit.So aftr a long thought i decided to go for idbi & skip the exam.I understand that one has to pay a sum of arnd 4 lac,bt still in my view its a safe bet :)
