Let the C.P of A be Rs. X, then

115% of 110% of X = Rs. 506

(115/100) x (110/100) x X = 506

=> X = 506 x (100/115) x (100/110) = Rs. 400

So, X x (40/100)+y = 1.2 Y

=> (2/5) x X = 1.2Y-Y  =>  2X = 0.2Y x 5 = Y

The value of one rupee coins = Rs. 1 x 2 = Rs. 2

Total value = 2 + 1.5 + 2.5 = Rs. 6
