Never Lose your Confidence and Hope - Diganta Bhuyan

Hi friends, myself Diganta Bhuyan. I belong to Assam and I am an IBPS (Clerk) Qualified candidate and IBPS Alloted me to Bank of Baroda. I want to share my success story with you people.I am a simple graduate student in Arts Stream. Actually once I was taken English as my major subject in my Graduation. But unfortunately I didn't complete my Graduation with English Honors  and I spent five years with English Honors. I was totally devastated  at that moment. LIFE BECAME TO BE OR NOT TO BE. But finally I controlled myself and decided to complete my graduation with pass course. And within very next two years I was successfully completed graduation  with pass course. So finally my graduation tenure was ended after seven years (2005-2012) duration. But one thing friend, I never lost my confident and hope.

In next step, being a Arts Graduate I didnot get any better option to choose my career. And finally I decided to give Bank Exams (because this is the only good option I have). And I was finally appeared in first IBPS Clerks exam in 2011. And in First attempt, I cleared the written exam, and got 126 /250 marks. Not qualified for interview. After that I gave SBI Cleks, SBI POs, IBPS Clerk-2 (Failed just for 1 marks in computer, got117/200) and IBPS PO-3. I had failed all these exams. But I NEVER loose my CONFIDENT. And finally this year I HAVE BEEN Cleared 3 exams at a row with good marks. IBPS CERK-3, RRB - OFFICER and CLERK. Finally got job in Bank of Baroda (Unreserved Category - 62.80). I belong to OBC Category. I got 117 in written exam and 80 (out of 100) in interview

Remember one thing friends Success Never Comes in a Single Day. YOU NEED TO BE A HARD WORKER, YOU NEED TO BE OPTIMISTIC, YOU NEED TO BE CONSISTENT. Then only all your dreams come true and Success will kiss your feet. That's all friends.

So at last just one sentence for every one, Never Give Up. Success is waiting for you in Next Door. Never Give Up. Don't ever loose hope. Thank you.

  3. This is to bring to your attention that IBPS :

1-Earlier in the Recruitment advertisement of both IBPS PO III and Clerk III for the year (2014-2015), it was clearly mentioned that a candidate should qualify both in the Common Written Exam and Interview to be shortlisted for subsequent allotment process. But in the provisional allotment notice it is clearly mentioned that candidates who are not provisionally allotted or not in the Reserve list will not be considered for any further process under CWE Clerks-III and CWE PO-III for vacancies of 2014-15. So, those who have qualified both in CWE and interview but are not in the Reserve list due to shortage of few marks, why would they not be considered for any further process? (As per advertisement, they have cleared the stipulated criteria for subsequent allotment process)

2- But now suddenly Ibps changes the conditions and add new troubling condition, As per the provisional allotment notice, there is a reserve list that is 10% of the total number of vacancies ibps created and there cut off also declared and those candidates who are not provisionally allotted or not in the reserve list will not be considered for any further process under CWE PO/MT-III and CWE Clerk-III, for vacancies for 2014-15. This is pure injustice for those students who are just below the reserve list cut off. And ibps will not consider them for any further allotment process in 2014-2015.
3- Last year in IBPS PO II and Clerk II for the year (2013-2014), after the 1st round of allotment, many seats were vacant as many candidates didn't join and those seats were filled by releasing 2nd list, then 3rd list and finally 4th list of allotments. But according to IBPS, the same will not happen this year for IBPS PO III and Clerk III. Our question is how can the seats remain vacant when there is passed candidates.
I am attaching the notification published by IBPS for PO-III(2014-2015).
I would request you to look into the matter as career of thousands of aspiring students is depending on this issue. We will be very grateful to you if you hilight this matter in your channel and seek an answer from IBPS.

  8. very true frnd..why this type of criteria is coming that unreserved candidates are not allowed for further allotment..this is totally unjustified..after-all we had done too much effort for this exam and for only some point they are not considered these candidates.

  22. Dear friends

My graduation percent is below 40 is there any possibility that the IBPS participating banks will select me for their clrk Job. Though I had cleared IBPS (I) with 128 marks there is not even a single call from any of the banks.
