Hi friends, I am Divyateja. I have been selected as PO in Bank of Baroda. Before telling you about my experiences i would like to dedicate my success to my Father and my sisters who have given complete strength and support to achieve my goal.

Now let me first tell  about my self.  I completed my B.Tech (IT) in 2012. For few months I have tried for IT jobs but those shifts and pay scale were not convenient for me. So I have decided to prepare for bank jobs then i applied for clerk 2. I have got selected in my written and interview but i couldn't able to reach my overall cutoff and I have lost it by 0.2. Then I was bit depressed but my father encouraged me and he asked me to analyze my mistakes. Then RBI notification was released but there were only 8 seats for OBC, so I hesitated to apply because of few seats then again my dad asked me to apply and I started preparing and to my surprise i cleared that exam and called for interview but there also i couldn't able to clear my overall cutoff. Then I have realized my mistake that because of my low written score i am losing my opportunities and then I have applied for both clerk 3 and PO 3 and now I could able to clear both of them.

My suggestions to crack IBPS Exams:

1. There is no need to sit for hours to crack these exams even if u sit for 3hrs a day concentratedly its more than enough.
2. Do as many papers as you can by keeping time limit feel as if you are attending the main exam and verify you answers follow this everyday.try to do min 2 papers and maximum its up to you
3. Do correct your papers everyday check where you are lagging and try to overcome those mistakes
4. Fourth don't practice section wise do the complete 2 hrs paper everyday
5. Daily updation of current affairs is very important as this section is scoring if you have strong grip on them
6. Fifth try to gain more marks in written exam so that even if we score less in interview it will have less impact on the final score as the ratio is 80:20
7. Last but not least don't think about the competition we just need only one seat think only about that and work hard for that.

Sectional wise Tips :

• Aptitude : we can score maximum only with practice speed is the main criteria in this section
• Reasoning : If your weak in this section then please don't ever touch seating arrangement first it eats time after completing all the problems if you are left with time then go for them
• English : A usual read English news paper daily and watch English news
• Current Affairs : We have to revise all topics daily before exam we need to concentrate more on last 3 months news completely
• Computers : If you are from computer background then not much preparation is required as all questions are related to computer basics
