Good News for the friends of Andhra Pradesh, the Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle has released a recruitment notification for Multi Tasking Staff for the year 2014. There are 109 posts in total. The recruitment will be based on the written exam (Aptitude Test) conducted by AP Postal Department. You can apply using prescribed application format given in the AP Postal Circle's website from 7th March 2014 to 7th April 2014. Check complete details below.

Educational Qualifications : Matriculation/SSC or ITI from recognized Board. (Matriculation  equivalency certificate like National open school etc.. will not be accepted).

Age : 18 to 27 Years (Age relaxation is there for SC / ST / EX.S and PH Candidates)

Application Fee : 
  • All Female Candidates (OC/OBC/SC/ST) - Rs. 100/-
  • Male Candidates (OC/OBC) - Rs. 500/-
  • Male Candidates (SC/ST) - Rs. 100/-
  • All PH Candidates Both Male and Female (OC/OBC/SC/ST) - Rs. 100/-
  • Exservicemen (OC/OBC) - Rs. 500/-
  • Exservicemen (SC/ST) - Rs. 100/- 
Recruitment Exam Pattern : 90 Minutes Duration

  • Part A : General Knowledge - 25 Marks
  • Part B :  Mathematics - 25 Marks
  • Part C :
    • English Language - 25 Marks
    • Regional Language (Telugu) - 25 Marks

    In notification they r mentioned dat after payment there is online registration...but. In real time in post office they r said that they should need bar code for payment .... Plz clarify.....

      neelima,
      FIRST you have to apply for the post by online through the given website and after that is submits challan which contains bar code..,after that u have to pay the fee by taking that challan to the head offices..,

    i have a doubt that is postal MTS released 109 posts in different locations , if i want to apply for that is it eligible for all locations & all posts OR what we specified in on line registration before appliying post ? and if got selected anywhere can be posted? or it should be particular region advice me Please....

    i have paid the fee for this exam postal (MTS) in the post office n i got a receipt after 24hrs i got a sms with reference id . now i started applying online but it says the details you provided are not correct.... i tried checking several times but got the same answer plz anyone help me.....is this recruitment genuine ? ?

    i have paid the fee for this exam (postal MTS) and i recieved the sms as confirmation after 24 hrs but when i started applying online it says details were wrong i have checkd my details several times plz help me . Anyone who have applied for it plz let me know

      U HAVE TO FILL THE PERSONAL DETAILS ,THEN WE GOT A BAR CODED PAY CHALLAN . THAT WE HAVE TO TAKE PRINT OUT AND TAKE IT TO NEAREST POST OFFICE AND PAY THERE.. THEN AFTER 24 -48 HOURS WE CAN GET CONFIRMATION MSG TO OUR MOBILE .-AFTER ONE DAY AGAIN WE HAVE TO OPEN WEBSITE AND FILL THE POST OFFICE RECEIPT NO AND OTHER NECESSARY DETAILS..---THEN FINALLY IF WE SEE THE STATUS MEANS ..-- IT SHOWS THAT UR APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED SUCCESSFULLY ..-

    In the notification the educational qualification was given as SSC/Matriculation...does that mean, SSC is the minimum qualification to apply for the exam?

    after u get refernce id number u have to wait for another 1 day and then apply it will open for filling the application.i also got the details u enetered are in correct.after 1 day i have opened again and then i got it

    yes u need to pay the fees first neha...u need to go to ur nearby post office where there is e-payment facility..then after 1 day u would get the reference num ID to ur mobile num..once u get the sms confirmation then u cn apply thru' online..
