Name : Satya Madan Murthy Manda

Qualification :  MCA (2010)

Interview Date : 10-Feb-2014

Interview Place attended : Vijayawada, Andhra bank zonal office, Andhra Pradesh

Panel :  1

In Vijayawada Center we are give one a4 paper and requested to write any essay in Telugu (local language) which you like  . i wrote essay on corruption in one page . i think this is to test proficiency in local language.


Certificate verification started at 10 am, within ten minutes certificate verification is over. i submitted one set of Xerox copies of all certificates and this essay copy.

My interview bell rang at 01:15 pm , it was nearly 10 minute.
There are four members in the panel. m1, m2, m3, f1….
I asked permission gently and went inside and greeted all good after noon….
They offered me seat to sit.
m2: what is your name?
me: satya madan murthy
m2: Where are you from?
Me : From Narasapur sir. West Godavari Dist.
m2:   what is your qualification?
Me:  MCA
m2:  when did you complete your MCA ?
Me : 2010
m2: what are you doing at present?
Me: doing job sir?
M1: where?
Me : In Rajiv Viday Mission on contract basis sir.

M2 :  Is it chance to permanent ?
Me  : No sir, it is project only.
m2:  What is your father & mother?
Me : Answered.
 
m1: You wrote essay (corruption) is very structured & good where did you get these information?
me: from news papers sir…
m1: no…no..this is not from news papers
me: with my own knowledge.
m1:  Ok,…what are the agencies working for corruption ?
me: CBI…..
m1: anyone else working under this….?
me: emmmmm…………….no idea sir
m1: ACB, CVC…..he replied..
m1: What are the qualities of negotiable instruments?
me: Cheque and DD are negotiable instruments I replied….
m1: ok you are right……what are qualities..
me: reliable….
m1: he said negotiable instruments are transferable……
m2: what is endorsement?
me: sir no idea
m2: have you got bank  coaching?
Me: yes sir
M2: where?
Me: in Vijayawada sir.
m2: what is whistle blowing?
Me: sir no idea……
m3: finally Madan…….who is CBI director ?
Me : answered

F1: she just smiled at me did not ask any question…

    endorsment ante advertising for sumting ani.... and whistleblowing ante exposing the fraud happened in d same organisation in which the one who exposes it,he s called as whistleblower. recently in news are,edward snowden.

      M2 said that whistle blowing means alerting...

      Endorsement means writing something on the back side of a cheque for transferring it to someone else.

      wat i told abov was d exct def of whistlebowing......alerting its not so suited to dat le...ur M2 is not exact to it n its meaning.its not snwden award also,d definition u hav to tell,no one wil add any question to it,dat much perfect it was.

    hello to all.................can anyone plz clear my doubt..............i dont know how to read n write telugu (local language)....will this lead to my disqualification... as they r asking to write essay in local language................. anyone plz reply plz plz....

      Yes you should be proficient in local language for clerk post.

      which center you are going to be attend ?. if it Vijayawada you should write essay....
      i don't know about others centres.....

      Proficiency in local language awards you 2/3 marks in interview. That's it! It is not a must for clerical cweIBPS

      IT IS BETTER TO WROTE ONE PAGE ,I WROTE ONE PAGE , MANY OF OUR FRIENDS WROTE TWO PAGES ALSO.........
