Friends, here goes our first interview experience of IBPS Clerks III 2014. Shared by our friend Mr.Shashank Patel from Ahmedabad. We thank him for his help and wish him great success in his Interview.

My Interview Experience of IBPS Clerks III

There were totally four members, three of them was male and one was female (M1,M2,M3,M4)- among them M2 was silent observer.
Gently knocking the door I entered inside.
ME: May I come in sir.
M1: Yes, come in.
M1: please have your seat.
Me: thank you sir.
M1: What is your name?
Me: Replied
M1: okay tell me different between permanent address and correspond address.
Me:Replied but I was confused.
M1: Okay tell me about your family.
Me: replied with smile.
M1: okay what is your qualification
Me: Sir BE computer.
M1: okay, so after completing BE why do you want to join bank?
Me: replied. I tell them I got less marks in BE so not able to find jobs in my field.
M1: okay what do you know what will you do after join the bank as clerk?
Me: replied
M2: how will you utilize your technical skill in bank?
Me: replied.
M1: what your father dream about you?
Me: replied.
M1: your wife is Asst prof. And her salary higher then you. Does this create problem for you?
Me: No sir. And explain
M3: who is the chairmen of planning commission?
Me: I said monterk singh ahuvaliya. M1 asked me your telling us or questioning us(with smile)?
So I explain I am just confuse between montek singh and PM
So M3 Replied me It is PM.
I said thank you
M3: What is KYC?What you mean by it?
Me: Replied.
M4: what is RTGS?
Me : Replied.
M4: What is different between RTGS and NEFT?
Me: Replied.
M4: Who is governor of RBI?
Me: replied.
M4: Where is the winter Olympic is held?
Me : replied( sochi,Russia)
M1: Ok thanks shashank You may leave. And he shake hand with me and wished me best of luck.

      Hi Dude.

      One of my friend the interview today,They asked questions in kannada and they gave the news paper to read it for one paragraph and also they asked to few kannada sentences!!!

      Dude Apply in your state.Why u waste here time in Karnataka ? give chances to Karnataka sons.

    One Mistake .. U shouldnt have told that u choose bank becoz u have low marks in BE. That is a negative answer. U should have said that U always want a bank job and explain its benefits.

      Resume not necessary. Have the docs mentioned in the call letter. More than enuf..

    Interview was good shashank, Even I feel..wht answer u said for Why u want to join was a clerk cud have been answered in a better way but never mind..as u mentioned it was ur first interview. Always make them feel..that u are determined to make your career in banking..Questions asked to u were very simple basic questions..and really thx for doing it so fast..n sharing your experience. Interview panel members were strict or Friendly? Any suggestions u want to give us?

    How will they calculate final marks?? I have 96 in written and suppose i get 70 in oral then what is final score?

      See according to your written Score ur marks in percentage is 38.4 out of 80
      and if u get 70 marks in interview it come 14.00 out of 20
      so your total come 52.4

      2)Photo ID Proof
      3)DOB certificate
      4)Graduation - Semester / year wise Mark sheet(start from first sem)
      5)Graduation - degree certificate

      they dont ask NOC in case of pvt companies..only for Govt Job Employees. IF u are currently working in a pvt co..they ll ask you relieving letter at the time of joining..So no need of NOC in PVT Sector

    Please Help....Hey friends, I have done my BS from a foreign institute with a tie up with Indian institute. It is approved by AICTE. How to show them the proof that it is approved by AICTE ? However, the name of my institute is in the website of AICTE as approved. Will they ask for approval proof ? Please Help.

    One of my friend attended clerk interview today at Trivandrum, Kerala....
    Throughout the interview, panel members were asking questions in local language(Malayalam) only ; except one who is from north india...
    They asked for self introduction and a brief about the place he is from... They asked to read a malayalam news paper (They might be checking linguistic skills..) & asked to translate that to English...They asked about some recent GA topics too (all in MALAYALAM)... the candidate was asked about the willingness to work in rural remote area branches.... Interview lasted for around only 20 minutes...

    No that won't be a problem at all. I have given photocopy of voter id during written exam n at the time of po interview i gave photocopy of bank pass book. All u need to have is ur name spelt correctly on the proof u submit. Good luck

    I have done my BS from a foreign institute with a tie up with Indian institute. It is approved by AICTE. How to show them the proof that it is approved by AICTE because it is not mentioned on the certificate. However, the name of my institute is in the website of AICTE as approved. Will they ask for approval proof ? Will I be rejected. I am really scared. Please Please Help.

    Not in a separate room. They will ask us to sit in a conference room. They call one by one.

    hiii plzzz anyone do rplyyyy..
    i hv applied for obc certificate but it's delayed to samaikyandra bundh., so i don't hv certificate
    i just hv d receipt that i hv applied for obc.. will they excuse me for interview..
    my interview is on 13th,andhrapradesh...
    plzzzzz do rply anyone.,
    plz give any suggestion feeling tensed..... :(
