Deletearpit kumar all intervw conducted in hindi language only????
ReplyDeletehai to all total nationalised banks are 28..
ReplyDeletewt are they?
21 natiolised banks are conducting po exams plus (+)sbi and its 5 associate banks(6)+ bharatiya mahila bank=21+6+1
total 28
21 nationalised banks include Bharatiya mahila bank also+SBI+5 associate banks=27 banks, so total banks=27
DeleteYes there r 27 nationalised banks not 28
DeleteNationlized Bank-- Nationalization is a process whereby a national government or State takes over the private industry, organisation or assets into public ownership by an Act or ordinance or some other kind of orders. This strategy has been frequently adopted by socialist governments for transition from capitalism to socialism. 19 banks have been nationalized so far. (SBI and IDBI not nationalized bank)
ReplyDeletePSB-- (PSBs) in India are banks where a majority stake (i.e. more than 50%) is held by a government. Thus all nationalized banks are psb's but not vice-versa ..ex--SBI and IDBI banks
Hi Arun, for your kind information ' IDBI' is a nationalised bank and entered into the 2nd Schedule of RBI Act 1934. If you need any clarification then go through this link at 16th point " http://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/PublicationsView.aspx?id=13075 ".
DeleteNationalized Banks= 19 + IDBI + Bharatiya Mahila Bank= 21
PSU Banks= 21 Nationalized banks + SBI + SBI's 5 Associative banks= 27
P.S: Nationalized Banks come under PSU banks but not the vice-versa.
