Hi , Am Sneha Nagendran, sharing my CSB PO Interview here.

My interview time was scheduled at 1:00pm and initially they did document verification. After that,there was a write up test on the topic "on what factors do you judge a movie as a good one?" all cadidates were asked to finish the write up test in ten minutes.


And after five minutes few set of ppl were called for interview. I was the first one to attend.
Went in. wished them. Only two of them were in the panel.

1. Tell about urself- answered.
2. International womens day- i said i don't know.
3. RBI Governor- answered
4. Didnt u have placements? i said yes, but i was not selected in the HR round. Have u attended any exams before? I sed yes, IBPS PO but didnt clear due to lack of preparation. Then started preparing for bank exams and i have cleared ur bank written exam. I have cleared  ibps clerical also but didnt say them because, i didnt want to get into trap by answering questions like "If u get govt job will u go? "
5. Financial inclusion-answered
6. RTGS,NEFT difference-answered
7. Which one is faster- Said i dont know. (actually the answer is RTGS)
8. About NABARD
9. Who controls insurance related things- answered(IRDA)
10. SBI Chairman-answered
11. Difference between white label atm n brown label atm. i sed about white label atm.. but i dint know what is brown label....
12. Are u willing to shift-yes.
13. Are u ready to get into marketing by doing field work? - preferably no sir but if bank allots me, then its my duty to do it. But as far as my view is "Customer satisfaction is the best way of Marketing"

They sed ok sneha, have a good day. U can leave for now. I thanked them and left :)
