Good News Friends, Bhartiya Mahila Bank - India's first women's bank headquartered in Delhi which is going to start its services from 1st November with 6 Branches in inviting online applications from eligible candidates who have qualified in the Common Written Examination for the POs / MTs conducted by IBPS in the year 2012 (IBPS CWE PO II) and have not allotted jobs in any of the public sector banks for filling up the posts of POs - JMG Scale I.     I wanted to know if is it just based on the name of the bank, have you mentioned FEMALE candidates only or is this based on bank operational functions mentioned in the budget speech by the finance minister. I was not able to locate in the pdf file that only female candidates can apply. I was even able to log in with my regd# and pwd. Can you please have this reconfirmed?

      You are correct Piyush. We made that statement based on the speech of our finance minister and the advertisements based on the local Telugu and Bengali news papers 3 days ago. But in the notification published by sbicaps.com today's morning they din't mention anything about this restriction. So, they may consider MEN too.. Anyways, thanks for the update.. Removed the FEMALE word from the post..

    Ma'am i havn't applied for CWE PO/MT2 ... but i have applied for Clerical exam which was conducted in dec 2012.. is there any chance for me.?? i can apply or not ??

      Sorry Sis. You are not eligible for this time. No need to feel bad, they are also planning to recruit clerks. The notification may out in a few days. You can apply for that

    in this mahila bank, whoever cleared the written exam of cwe po2 are only eligible or whoevr applied for the same

    My age is 30. Will they conduct exams for Specialist officer. I am having 6 years exp in IT. I am preparing for scale 2 exam for RRB
