The panel had 5 members with minimum of 50 years age.

I was the first to attend in morning session.

The interviewers were warm and cordial. I was nervous at the beginning. They calmed me down and started the interview.

 

Questions asked in my IBPS HR Officers Interview were

1. What is human resource management in organization and how will you handle it if u are HR manager? 
2. Tell us about Yourself ?
3. Why you quit your Old job?
4. How will I manage people with no hr experience?
5. About my parents
6. How will you manage attrition in banks
7. Will you shift to another company provided a salary hike
8. You don't know Hindi what will you do if you get posted in Mumbai
9. Types. Of analyzing performance
10. How will you fit in as a hr officer in banks
