Hi Friends,There were 3 panels at my centre with 15 candidates each in morning session,I was in Panel 2 at No.7.
Interview Time was 9:00 A.M. & My turn came around 11:30 A.M & I got all my documents verified.
There were 4 interviewers (3M+1F),I wished them Good Morning & they offered me to take seat.
They took my interview one-by-one;
M1: What is the meaning of your name?
Tell me something about you in your regional language?
You have 95/100 marks in Accountancy in 10+2,So Why you didn't do C.A.?
Who is the Governor of RBI?
Who is the Chairman of SBI?
What is the difference b/w Chairman & Governor?
M2: As you were the topper in graduation,Why you don't try for Civil Services?
Tell me about the History of Bikaner (my hometown)
What are the qualities that a bank employee should possess?
Differentiate Bank Rates (CRR,SLR,Repo,Reverse Repo)
M3: How could you memorize your mobile no. to me in a simple way?
If a customer comes to bank to get his passbook update but your printer is not working,What will you do?
If you are unable to solve a customer's problem,What will you do to get is resolved?
What is the difference b/w a Back Office employee & a Front Office Employee in Banks?
F : What do you mean by Financial Inclusion?
What are the steps you can take to prevent frauds in banks?
Differentiate b/w various types of banks (RRB,Industrial,Co-operative etc.)
My Suggestions : Be Confident, Be Smiling, Be Yourself. You'll be through. As you have been shorlisted among lakhs of candidates,they know that you have the sufficient knowledge required to work in a bank. They are just checking your analytical,interpersonal & communication skills. All the Best.
