- Infrastructure - the set of systems within a place or organization that affect how well it operates
- Forward-looking - looking at the future in a positive way and happy to try new ideas and methods
- Alliance - an arrangement between two or more people, groups, or countries by which they agree to work together to achieve something
- Strive to do something - to make a lot of effort to achieve something
- Large scale - involving a large number of people or things, or happening over a large area
- Significant - very large or noticeable
