• Managers :
• Any Graduate from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks can apply.
• Preference will be given for additional professional qualification.
• Senior Managers :
• Any Post Graduate from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks.
• Preference will be given for MBA/ professional qualification like CA/ICWA/LLB.

Age (as on 1st November 2017)

• Managers : 
• Minimum - 25 Years
• Maximum - 30 Years
• Senior Managers :
• Minimum - 28 Years 
• Maximum - 35 Years
  

Experience :

• Managers : Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience and not less than 2 years as branch /section head in processing / sanctioning of credit proposals with any scheduled Commercial Bank or HFC’s is mandatory.
• Senior Managers : Minimum 6 years post qualification work experience and not less than 5 years as branch /section head in processing / sanctioning of credit proposals with any scheduled Commercial Bank or HFC’s is mandatory.
