Name: Vineet Sharma

Qualification: B.Sc(NM), A-Level From NIELIT And PGDCA from IGNOU.

Place: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

Venue : Evening Collage.

Time: 01:00 PM

Panel: II

I reached just before 5 minute, at 12:55PM. After that, we go to document verification room, it takes almost half an hour. Then we asked to do lunch, and ask to came after 2:45 PM. So we start walking on mall.

Then, we back on 02:45 PM. My turn comes on 05:10PM.

The bell is ring and i just enter the room.

There are 1 female and 4 male. Everyone is busy there in collecting some documents. I wished them.. Good-evening mam, and Good-evening Sir, But don't noticed me. Than M3 asked to shut the door completely. I shut it.

Than i wished them again.

M3: yes yes... sit down "Beta".

M2: So Vineet, Tell us about yourself in brief.

Me: I tell them everything from where i did my all schooling and collage. and them Diploma's.

I also tell them, that i also did job as a "Software developer"

M3: why do you leave job?

Me: Because i couldn't concentrate their. and salary is not Good. and Job security and I can be kick out anytime. So left, start preparing for banking.

Then there are some discussion b/w me and him on banking and software.

[Finally, he is not completely satisfied, but still i managed to do best of mine.]

M2: Ask me about the noble prize winner of India  and Pakistan? And Age of malala, about her marriage?

Me: Kailash satyarthi from india and malala from Pak. and i told them, malala is young

she is about in her 20's i think.

M1: So vineet you are from IT background,

Tell me about, why we in banking use data server on different places??

Me: I told them due to security reason and to avoid the crash problem.

due to easy accessibility of data.

M1: Thats ok. there is still one more reason?

Me: i repeat my answer. and explain in brief.

M1: You are right. but there is still one more thing.

Me: No idea sir.

{In mind: i don't know what he wanted to listen from me.}

M3: Ok beta, Thanku.

M1: You did good. but find the answer ok...!!!

 Me: i say Yes sir definitely,  thanks and Leave.

My Advise: Interviewees maximum asking you, about your field.

what is your qualification.

So we prepared and be confident. and Enjoy Your Interview.
