Hello friends i m Arun from Bhubaneswar. I want to share my experience with you. Hope it helps.

I reached on the venue half an hour before bt there was hardly anyone present at the center. After sometime candidates started arriving at the center. Almost all of them had attended their PO interview so i was bit nervous. The attendant called us in and we were asked to sit outside first then they called us to the auditorium where the document verification was done. Mine was no. 17.They offered us a blank sheet and told to copy a printed Odia article.

      The Sirs were very co-operative in document verification. I had forgotten to made a copy of caste certificate,they xeroxed it. They offered us toffees and tea & biscuit in between the process.

I was called inside around 11.45 am. I took a deep breath and opened the door saying 'May i come in please' They said 'please come in and be seated'. I wished mam and sirs before having my seat.

Then it started like this...

m1(head of panel): Give ur intro?

(told my name,abt qualification)

m1: what is ur father?

answered

m1:brother and sister?

answered

m1:ur branch?

answered

m2: Do you know about ASEAN games,Venue and Next venue etc?

(i heard as ASEAD so i was confused and said sorry sir i don't know )

m1:What is ur hobby?

told

m1:why dont u play any outdoor game?

answered

m1:what is the national game of India?

answered.soon he asked kabaddi is which countries national game?

(sir i dont know.)i dint wanted to make any wrong guess.

m3: U told that your branch is EEE? what is electricity?hw it z generated? conventional and unconventional sources?

(answered. He said good.)

m3: Do you know there are 2 geothermal plant in India?

me:sir i dont know

m3: what else you know,you r just saying no to every question.

(sir i m comfortable in banking terms and current affairs )Bt i had a fear in my mind.

Then they fired questions like.

Dept govns of rbi?

They are related to which fields?

what is payment banks?small bank?

How they get profit as there is no lending facilities?

etc.

I answered them with confidence..they were satisfied and said ' why dint you applied for po, you have good knowledge of banking.

i smiled and said i gave the sbi po and got disqualified so i dint apply and focused all my preparation in clerk exam.

They said good luck.

i said 'have a good day'with a smile

they said' be confident you did well'.

mam dint say anything.the Hindi speaking sir was very cordial as he gave me hints.

Overall it was a very nice experience for me..I wish all my fellow friends good luck..All The Best

finally i thank Gr8ambitionz team for all your help..without which i couldn't even cracked the written exam.
